Participating Children (7 & Under Only)

I know that running a road race is a potentially hazardous activity and that I should not enter and run unless I am medically able and properly trained. I assume all risks associated with running in this event. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts and in consideration of accepting my entry, I and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release the City of Newport, Oregon Coast Council of the Arts, all race day workers and sponsors, their representatives, OCCA board members and their successors from any claims of liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event or carelessness of the persons named in the waiver. Further, I grant to all of the foregoing the right to use any photographs, motion pictures, recordings or any other record of my participation in this event for legitimate promotion and advertising.

Children aged 7 years and under must be accompanied by an adult (not a youth). Limit of two children per adult participant. Registration fees are non-refundable. All net proceeds benefit the Oregon Coast Council for the Arts, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit arts council.

As a participating adult, I give my consent for youth and children 7 & under listed with this online registration to participate in Color the Coast 2018. As a participating youth, my parent will sign to verify that they consent to my participating in Color the Coast 2018.
